Terms of use.

The short version

The Quote Builder is free to use, with no limit on the number of quotes and no card required. In return you are happy for us to contact you about it and about the other things we do. You can tell us to stop at any time and keep using the tool. Nothing below contradicts that.

1. Who we are

The Quote Builder is operated by Enhanced AI. You can reach us at info@theenhanced.ai.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so there is no password to set or lose. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can open your account. One email address is one account. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.

3. What the tool does, and what it does not

The Quote Builder produces a quotation document from the details and prices you enter. It drafts wording. It never sets, suggests or calculates your prices — those are yours, and you are responsible for them.

Every quotation you produce is a document between you and your customer. We are not a party to it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what it says, for the specification, the price, the lead time and anything you promise in it, and for meeting your obligations to that customer.

4. Product information and photography

The tool includes manufacturer product information and photography so your quotes can show the product you fit. It is provided to help you sell and is believed accurate at the time of writing, but specifications change. Check anything load-bearing, dimensional or priced against the manufacturer's current documentation before you send a quotation.

You may use that imagery in quotations and marketing for the products you genuinely supply and install. You may not resell it, pass it to another installer, or present it as photography of your own completed work.

5. Your content

Photographs, logos, text and customer details you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running the tool and producing your quotations. We do not use your photographs in another installer's quotes, and we do not sell your data.

Only upload material you have the right to use, including photographs of work you carried out and any permission needed from the homeowner.

6. Your customers' details

When you put a customer's name, address or contact details into a quotation, you remain the data controller for that information and we process it on your behalf in order to produce and host the quotation. Only give us details you are entitled to share, and tell us if a customer asks for theirs to be removed.

7. Contacting you about our services

By ticking the box at signup, you agree that Enhanced AI may contact you by email, phone or message about the Quote Builder and about our other services, which include video production, advertising and lead generation for home improvement companies.

This is how we justify giving the tool away, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. In practice it means occasional email and, sometimes, a phone call.

You can stop it at any time — reply to any message, use the unsubscribe link, or email info@theenhanced.ai. We will action it, and your account carries on working exactly as before. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.

Separately from the above, we will always send you the messages needed to run the account itself — your sign-in link, and notifications about your own quotes. Those are not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from them while the account is open.

8. Your rights over your data

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@theenhanced.ai and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Fair use

Please do not:

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, or that is being used in a way that damages the manufacturer's or our reputation.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the tool running and available, but it is provided free and without a guaranteed level of service. There may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Keep your own record of anything you have quoted — do not rely on this as your only copy.

11. Liability

The tool is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost or incorrect quotations, or any loss arising from a price, specification or promise in a quotation you sent. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ending it

You can ask us to close your account whenever you like and we will delete your data. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the tool altogether, giving reasonable notice where we can so you can export anything you need.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when this version was published.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
